What is your Device Warranty?

While most of our products are backed up with our ‘Satisfaction Guaranteed’, if you are unhappy with the device product you receive, you may return it for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to inspect your device upon receipt.

To request a return or exchange, you must notify us within 72 hours by email Please provide us your order number and reason of return. Should a refund or exchange be requested, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Should you receive a device Dead on Arrival ‘DOA’ we will gladly replace it, however please make sure to notify us within 72 hours, otherwise The Drip Club has the right to refuse any claim request.

Your returned package must be postmarked within 24 hours after you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization ‘RMA’. Once the returned device is received, we will inspect it, so please make sure to include all original packaging material.

The Drip Club’s device warranty excludes e-liquids, cartomizers, atomizers, tanks or starter kits (devices that include tanks).

Each device is equipped with a separate Manufacturer's Warranty. If your device is determined to be a manufacturer defect outside the Drip Club's policy, you may be eligible for a replacement through the manufacturer directly. For more information, please see the warranty instructions included in your device box. 

The Drip Club will not be, under any circumstances, held liable for damages or issues related to misuse or normal wear & tear.
